Roman Lee LeBlanc is a lifetime resident of Kansas City, Missouri. He graduated from Van Horn High School and earned a B.S. in Social Work from the University of Central Missouri, Warrensburg, Missouri. Roman has worked in the retail and non profit sector as well as corporate America in health care, youth and community development. He and his wife were married in 2006 and are members of Concord Fortress of Hope Church and are committed to community involvement. | |||
